Do not upload, process, create, or distribute content in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Only process files you may use
Do not use FileGrip to access, unlock, edit, sign, conceal, or distribute files when you do not own them or have proper permission.
No harmful files
Do not submit malware, harmful scripts, exploit files, intentionally corrupted payloads, or documents designed to attack FileGrip or another system.
No fraud or harmful deception
Do not use FileGrip for phishing, identity theft, impersonation, extortion, harassment, fraudulent document alteration, or other harmful conduct.
Do not abuse the platform
- Do not evade file-size, download, queue, or request limits.
- Do not deliberately overload workers or infrastructure.
- Do not scrape private service data.
- Do not probe or exploit vulnerabilities.
- Do not interfere with jobs, downloads, or other users.
- Do not operate unapproved high-volume automation.
Security research
Security concerns should be reported privately and responsibly to [email protected].
A security report must not involve service disruption, extraction of other users' information, active exploitation, or public disclosure before Motiora has a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
How FileGrip may respond
Motiora may reject a file, restrict traffic, block an address, preserve relevant technical information, suspend access, or contact appropriate authorities where reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, infrastructure, or comply with law.
