FileGrip currently provides free online file-processing tools without requiring a user account or paid subscription.

Supported tools, file formats, limits, availability, and features may change as the platform develops.

Motiora may temporarily suspend a tool or the service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

You must own the files you submit or have lawful permission to process them.

You remain responsible for the content, accuracy, confidentiality, legality, and consequences of every uploaded and downloaded file.

FileGrip temporarily receives files only to complete the operation you select.

FileGrip is not a backup service, archive, permanent document repository, or cloud drive.

You are responsible for keeping your own original files and downloading completed results before they expire.

File conversion and editing can affect formatting, page layout, image quality, fonts, metadata, tables, or unsupported document elements.

Always open and review a result before sending it, submitting it, printing it, signing it, or deleting the original.

Password removal, signing, watermarking, redaction, and editing tools may only be used on documents you are authorized to access or change.

FileGrip does not provide permission to bypass another person's rights, security controls, or ownership.

Public tools are intended for reasonable interactive use.

Do not overload the service, evade limits, operate unapproved bulk-processing systems, or interfere with FileGrip infrastructure.

Motiora may improve, replace, limit, pause, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

Where practical, important user-facing changes will be communicated through the website.

You keep the rights you already hold in your files.

Motiora retains rights in the FileGrip name, software, interface, website content, designs, and original platform materials, subject to third-party licences where applicable.

Motiora may reject files, restrict requests, block abusive traffic, or remove access when use threatens the service, violates these terms, infringes rights, or appears unlawful.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Sri Lanka, subject to mandatory consumer or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in a user's jurisdiction.
