Service availability
FileGrip is provided on an as-available basis.
Motiora does not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent access, compatibility with every file, or a particular processing speed.
Result quality can vary
Converted, compressed, edited, merged, split, signed, redacted, or otherwise processed files may contain formatting changes, quality differences, missing unsupported elements, or metadata changes.
Results depend on the original document, its structure, fonts, images, protection, and selected operation.
Review before relying on a result
Open and inspect every finished file before sharing, publishing, printing, submitting, signing, or deleting the original.
Keep an independent backup of important source files.
Not professional advice
FileGrip does not provide legal, financial, medical, compliance, archival, cybersecurity, or professional document-management advice.
Processing a document does not confirm that it is accurate, lawful, valid, enforceable, officially accepted, or compliant with a particular organisation's rules.
Signatures and official documents
A visual signature, inserted image, annotation, or edited PDF may not satisfy electronic-signature laws, identity-verification requirements, institutional procedures, or evidentiary standards.
Confirm the receiving organisation's requirements before using a processed document for an official purpose.
Redaction requires careful checking
Placing a shape or visual cover over information may not permanently remove underlying text, layers, or metadata.
Before sharing a sensitive document, verify that confidential information has been irreversibly removed.
Not permanent storage
FileGrip is temporary processing infrastructure and must not be used as a backup, archive, permanent file vault, or document-recovery service.
Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Motiora is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses resulting from unavailable service, expired files, failed jobs, altered output, or misuse of FileGrip.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
