Follow these steps to complete the task.
Open the Reorder PDF Pages tool
Go to FileGrip’s Reorder PDF Pages page. The upload area displays the accepted file type and the maximum file size currently supported.
Select or drop your PDF
Choose the Select PDF button to browse your device, or drag and drop the file into the upload area. FileGrip checks that the file is a supported PDF before opening the page-order workspace.
Wait for the page preview
FileGrip reads the PDF and prepares page thumbnails or page references. Larger or image-heavy documents may take longer to preview, especially on slower devices.
Review the current page sequence
Look through the displayed pages from beginning to end. Identify which pages are misplaced and confirm the correct final order before rearranging them.
Move pages into the correct order
Drag each page card to its required position. On mobile devices, use the available move controls or touch-friendly ordering controls when direct dragging is less convenient.
Check the page numbers again
After moving pages, review the updated sequence carefully. Pay special attention to covers, tables of contents, section openings, signature pages, appendices, and blank separator pages.
Start the reorder process
Select the Reorder PDF button. Keep the page open while the PDF uploads and FileGrip creates the new document using the order shown in the workspace.
Wait for processing to complete
FileGrip rebuilds the PDF structure and prepares the reordered output. Processing time depends on the file size, page count, document complexity, upload speed, and current server activity.
Download the reordered PDF
When the result is ready, select Download PDF and save the new file to your device. The original PDF on your device remains unchanged.
Verify the final document
Open the downloaded PDF and review it from the first page to the last. Confirm that all pages are present, readable, and arranged in the intended sequence.
